Write the definitions of "how long" and "since when". Look at the sentences and ask the approriate questions. Then, transform the end of the sentences (if "for" was used, rewrite the end with "since"). Finally, fill in the last sentence reminding the students of the meaning of "since" and "for" + present perfect.
