Toms Diner by Suzanne Vega
The song for drilling present continuous. As if it is written for this purpose...
Students need to fill the gaps with the present continuous of the verb in brackets. I brought the original voice only version in the beginning of the lesson and the modern version with the drum beat at the end, a bit of musical education as well ;)

ordinal numbers board game
A fun board game to review ordinal numbers. 3-4 students play together. In turn they throw a die, read what it says on the square they got to (the fifth month) and jump to a square that corresponds to it (May). They keep on jumping back and forth over the board so the game can last a while! My students liked it a lot. I hope yours will too, Marion

active body parts board game (basic)
If you liked my board game for advanced students youll probably like this one as well. This one has more basic vocabulary for elementary students. It is an active game: jump on one leg, put your chin on you knee, count your toes etc.
Great way to enforce vocabulary. Lay out based on template by Zailda, thanks! Hope you like it, Marion
