BEGINNERS CHECK
This is a very simple ws you can use for beginner kids, as revisiom and consolidation. My kids like to paste these in their notebooks, because e. g. they use the stars exercise as picture dictionary. Sometimes I even use it with preschoolers who can read and write. I hope you find use for it.

movies-associations games
Youve probably played associations before (maybe you call it differently), but if you havent, do try - its amazing how much fun it can be, how much language material you can cover with it, and kids soon start making them themselves, which is great. I made some about movies, but once you get the principle, you can use it for any level and it can ...

meals - song worksheet
Whenever I covered food with very little kids, I wanted a song that links meals and food, and that can have changeable vocabulary items (you can change food words as you like them). Finally I used an old melody and wrote these lines, and it worked. This is a worksheet with some lesson-plan ideas for teachers on page 2. I used it with preschoolers a...

certificates for students
This is a collection of 8 different types of certificates to be handed out to students on different occasion for that little bit of extra motivation. Ive used free cliparts and my own drawings. Egypt - my collection
This is a collection of wss based on general info about Egypt and Ancient Egypt, and activities inspired by the Mummy movies (1&2)and books (Sinuhe the Egyptian by M. Waltari, and Ramses the Damned by A. Rice). Since I have been interested in Ancient Egypt ever since I was a kid, I made this project and have been using it for several years now - it...

THE SNOW QUEEN - intermediate ws, play and project
This is a project I prepared for my intermediate students based on a text from storynory.com and a play a friend of mine sent me by e-mail. It contains project ideas and a writing worksheet as well. It can be used with the matching ppt(s), but also separately. The story is very interesting, full of various twists, and can be done in episodes through...

stardust
I just love Stardust (Michelle Pfeiffer, Rupert Everett and Robert De Niro in their great satirical roles), so naturally - Im sharing it with my sts and you. This is a fill-in ws, with quotes from the movie, with word formation and some writing at the end. If you like fantasy, with just a little bit of adult humour, youll love this, and even yo...

STARDUST - who said what?
Here is another one of my Stardust wss. This one deals with quotes from the movie with two corresponding reading-writing tasks. My sts love doing who said what as follow-up, we play it as guessing games in teams, and it really helps vocabulary retention, even their intonation of sentences.

WORD GAMES - writer motivators
This is the third and last part of this word game collection. This one focuses on writing, and contains 14 writer-motivator games, explained on elementary, intermediate and advanced levels. Just like the other two projects, these games can be used with any vocabulary, at any point during the lesson, and they are compiled from various sources and my...
