Asking personal information with a visual English alphabet (editable)

Travel arrangements - role play (B&W)
Students take it in turns to roleplay the travel agent and the customer. Cut off the individual topic parts and fold them back to make the students predict the questions and answers of their role. They should guess if they were right. Then they complete their card and act it out.
