long vowels memory game to enforce sight reading, 4pages
page 1, long a words, p.2 long e, p.3 long o, p.4 mixed long vowels, incl. long u. I copy on heavy colored paper, cut up and let them play memory games, making them read each word out loud. Beautiful love song by Bruno Mars, very popular at the moment with teens. The lyrics are very easy which makes it suitable for elementary level students. First page has full lyrics, second page exercise on contractions and on facial parts.
