I gave this activity for my students in 5 and 6 grades in Brazil. After an explanation about this topic, my students could practice be in many ways ( affirmative, negative and interrogative). They loved it, specially girls.

Likes and Deslikes
I used this worksheet to encourage my young students to talk to each other.
The topic was likes and deslikes, so I did this form for they complete interviewing each other about their likes and deslikes.
