this is a listening activity while it develops the motor skill of the kids. the teacher tells the sts a toy and they have to write the number in the box that is next to the picture. if sts canno write the number yet, they can draw a dot, two dots and so on. then, in the second activity the sts have to colour and count the amount of toys: ball, dall...

I planned it for a final test during my teaching course. the context I worked is Monsters University, the movie. I wrote a short story that is written after the lesson plan and has to do with the problem Mike has to face in the movie: he cannot scare anybody.
