today�s calendar
this ws works well if laminated and given to the kids at the beginning of a lesson. they fill in the days, the month and season but also get to ask each other questions as a daily ritual in class.
I got the idea from a poster I bought for my classroom : today�s calendar from Chartmedia. It is really different but the gist is the same.

The Gruffalo part 2
this the second worksheet for the gruffalo. the pupils have completed the wordsearch (part 1 of the gruffalo worksheets) and after learning the vocabulary they have to complete this worksheet.
With one of my classes I made them learn the text and say it in front of the class and get to them to mime too.
