What would you do if...?
Hey, everybody! Thats the kind of activity that allows you to choose what to do about it: it can be either a speaking activity to be done in pairs or in small groups or a guessing game to be shared with the group. I like it better in small groups so they can discuss freely while I monitor them.

Past perfect vs. past perfect continuous
Its a worksheet for the students to fill in the blanks with either the past perfect or the past perfect continuous of the verbs. Its picture guided.

Idioms with animals
Hey, everyone! Thats a simple worksheet for us to work with idioms involving animals. They are the most common ones. I must tell you there are 2 pages of the same worksheet: in page 1, all the pictures are colored; in page 2, there are different pictures - that should be better for those who print only in black. Hope you like it!

Animals - a cut-out activity
Thats a very nice activity for kids that like cutting. They are supposed to cut the words and put them together so as to form a sentence about the animal. When they finish each sentence, they have to glue it plus the name of the animal and its picture in another sheet of paper. Usually, they like to do it pairs or in small groups.

Past modals - brief explanation
This is just to show students the differences between the simplest past modals. Its been quite useful in my classes. All images have been taken from the ArcaMAx site, which I am subscribed to. I hope you enjoy it!

Reported speech and indirect questions
Thats a variation of a game Ive already posted. This time, it involves imperative, questions, affirmative and negative sentences. Students are supposed to report the sentence or question AND name the one who said or asked that. If theyre divided into groups, its even more fun!
