This is a poster I designed for my kids to give them an example. They used it with my worksheet entitled "Write a recipe". They created wonderful posters and we really had fun ! At the end of the year, some of them even brought their crumbles or cakes ! Yummy ! ;o)

The UK
First the kids have to remember the difference between GB and UK. Then they are asked to complete a map by writing the names of the countries and seas and by coloring the countries which are part of the UK. They also study the flag and reproduce it. Finally, they say in which country some cities are. It is a good way to introduce the UK.

The Euroepean Union : countries and nationalities
I will use this worksheet with my "4e europ�enne". They�ll have to learn both the names of the state members and the corresponding nationality adjectives. They�ll pay attention to the endings of those adjectives to classify them in a grid so that it is easier to remember them afterwards. I don�t know if this can be useful to any of you !
