Tortilla Pizza Recipe
This is a recipe for tortilla pizza (a lot simpler than having to make dough for a regular pizza, especially with time constraints.) Cream Cheese Cookies Recipe
I used this for cooking class with my beginner adults, but it could be used with any level, I think. Students of all ages love cooking, in my experience.
