Dragon Boat Festival Wordsearch
This Thursday is the Dragon Boat Festival here in Hong Kong. I made this as a fun activity for my Ss. It teaches vocab that goes with the festival:dumplings, paddles, family, etc. I hope you find it useful. I own the Puzzlemaker program and often use it to make puzzles.

Mankala-Ancient Asian and African game
This is a reading activity that teaches how to play the popular game called Mankala. I made the game board out of empty egg cartons and two small plastic tubs for the mankalas. You can use just about anything for the counters. I often use candy or beans. The kids in Africa use stones. My kids really liked it. I hope yours do too.
