How to fill out a form - 2
This worksheet is best used after my How to fill in a form 1 worksheet. It helps students become familiar with how to give personal information about themself. The first task is a jumbled word activity and the second task is thinking what the question might have been when provided with the answer.

A great worksheet fro introducin countryside vocaublary. Sutiable for very low level students who need pictures to support vocaubulary learning. I use this in conjunction with the Countryside Code in Pictures worksheet and it works well with a total beginner group when preparing for a trip to the countryside.
