Shops
Here is a small worksheet on shops. I started this lesson by letting my class design their own town. They had to draw the streets with lots of different shops, museums, parks etc. Then they had to go on and say what they could buy in each shop. This lesson turned into a project that everyone loved. Hope you enjoy it too.

This is the 4th set of my conversation cards. You should now have enough to keep a large class involved.(they can work alone, in pairs or groups) Students have to use as many of the words/phrases on the cards as possible in order to talk about the topic. The first three are here. Hope you can use them. Thanks for your kind comments.

Test your Vocabulary.
This is a simple worksheet to fill in a bit of time at the end of a lesson. You can make it into a race to see who gets the right words first. My kids loved it. Give a gummybear as a prize... works wonders. :)

My Monster cards.
Read - Understand - Draw. These monster cards are a good way of getting kids to read and understand short texts. Students draw the monster according to the instructions. Copy the cards at least twice to make sure that two of the kids get the same card.(its great to compare afterwards)You will have great fun laughing at the results.
