My Bucket List
I have a PowerPoint file describing the concept of an idiom and �to kick the bucket�, as well as what a Bucket List is so they can fill in the blanks before writing their list. I had students read their lists aloud after helping them write their sentences and my high school students seemed to enjoy the lesson.

Phobias - Funny Phobia Creation
This activity followed a presentation and class brainstorm about phobias. The students worked in small groups to make a creative silly phobia. Common answers were "so and so teacher ophobia" and "friend�s name ophobia", although there were some pretty impressive and imaginative answers as well. The classes seems to have really enjoyed this activity...
