Recipe - Maple Grandperes
Here�s a dessert that is found in Quebec Canada. It is a wonderful way to use maple syrup. I have both maple and pancake syrup on the recipe to make it cheaper but just maple syrup can be used. Ice cream could also be added for the topping.

My Great Canadian Experience
This project was done by students who were studying in Canada but you can change it to any country. Students had to video tape themselves or make a video adding pictures and their voice to describe the time they spent in Canada. It was a great assessment tool for writing and speaking!
