Gossiping
This is to practise oral skills. Students work in pairs and take turns to make up a story about the situations on the cards. Was very popular with my adult students.

Be - Questions and Answers
Students fill in the gaps with the missing form of to be and a personal pronoun then answer the questions using short form answers. With my students, after having done the exercise, we folded the paper so that only the pictures were visible and practised again orally.
