long vowels memory game to enforce sight reading, 4pages
page 1, long a words, p.2 long e, p.3 long o, p.4 mixed long vowels, incl. long u. I copy on heavy colored paper, cut up and let them play memory games, making them read each word out loud. old lady animals order
Activity for the song �there was an old lady� I sent the lyrics earlier but only now understood how to make this file small enough. Students need to put the animals in the order in which the lady swallowed them, write their names and find them in a word search. I will send another sheet and some cards for class fun with the song.

It is national road safety day in Israel next week. We were asked to relate to it somehow.
