This is an American nursery but I make my pupils learn it as a poem. On the first page there is the illustrated lyrics + the internet address where you can listen to it. On the second page each sentence is illustrated to helpthemto memorize the poem and on the last page there are only the pictures. Maybe someone can use it!

American History
It looks heavy working but even if it was difficult my pupils quite enjoyed doing it. I made it like a game : group of 2 or 3 pupils and they had to find first the chronological order. If it was wrong they had to go on until one group managed to do it! I hope someone can use it one day.
