PAST SIMPLE - grammar,reading,speaking
Students read a funny story about a kangaroo thief. They try to fill in the gaps with verbs in the past tense. Then they answer the questions that follow, try to retell the story using given words and finally think of funny stories that have happened to them or they have heard.

Phrasal verbs - speaking
Students practise phrasal verbs while having a discussion. This way they can learn something new about their classmates and at the same time they will revise the phrasal verbs they have learnt (I have tried to use the most common ones in the exercise)and hopefully it will help them better remember those verbs :-)
