When is your birthday?
Page one is for students to fill in. They must ask 3 boys, 2 girls and the teacher, what is your name, and when is your birthday.
My students are not able to write their months yet so page 2 has lots of tiny months which i cut out and they have to recognise the month and glue it down. Lots of fun!

Students are told what James and Alice like and they have to mark the answer on their sheet. This can also be used as a pair activity asking each other what James and Alice like.
Just a thought, if you want the good quality version give me a PM and I can email it to you. xx
