Descriptive Phrase (without an �s ) VS Possessive (with an �s )
A descriptive phrase and a possessive conveys a totally different meaning. Reason being that a descriptive phrase is used without any apostrophe-s (except for some particular plural nouns), but a possessive is used with an apostrophe-s.
