Supersize me
Here is a song I use while working on junk food and on the "supersize me" documentary. I only use the first minute of the song (it would be too long otherwise) Here is a link to listen to it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXsX7eoouzQ
If you dont know how to edit a song, send me a PM and Ill send the edited version to you.

the Clansman by Iron Maiden
I used this song with my pupils after having studied many extracts from the movie "Braveheart". They loved it. I used a live version of the song because Bruce Dickinsons singing is easier to understand than Blaze Baileys (thats my own opinion of course).

The Hunt by New Model Army
Here is one of my favourite songs by one of my favourite bands. I often use it as an end of year activity to review three tenses (present perfect , simple past and continuous past).
With advanced students it can be used to introduce the topic of justice and self-justice.

reading comprehension test
Here is a test I created some years ago. It offered another vision of Scotland than the Hollywood vision students are used to (Braveheart, Rob Roy...).
It was designed for French pupils therefore one matching exercise (ex3 on page 2)has to be reshaped in your pupils own language. I hope youll enjoy it.
