A short skit
This is a very short play for teenage beginners. If you have a more advanced student, they could read the part of the teacher. Its based on getting answers mixed up so that they are funny. You could get your class to use this as a basis and come up with something similar. About 16 parts, but this could be changed.

London or Paris?
I am going to extend this and do projects on major European cities - but this may be useful as a picture-based discussion exercise. By the way - one of the pictures says its by Alpha Holiday lettings. Ive contacted them 3 times for permission and they havent replied. Anyway, its not actually a copyright mark. Second btw - Paris wins hands-down!

European day of languages September 26th
There is a lot of information out there about this day, so I have just done something about the languages themselves. Gap fills and match ups. (Theres a key on page 2). I hope you will find it useful.

Lion King categories
I use this exercise before starting Lion King, but it could work for Animal Habitats. Beat the Gong is a great game which forbids the students from saying yes or no - they must give a full sentence. I have had to delete a nice picture of a gong and a timer, which you need for the game. I just use my bin and a board marker! Students love thi...
