Students play dominoes with some well known useful 3 letter words. My kids really enjoyed it and found it quite challenging.

Ordinal numbers
This sheet includes a chart for students to see how ordinal numbers change, i.e. one - first
It also includes a listening activity You call out a date, i.e. January (the) forth, and the students write the date.
There is also a bingo sheet which the students should complete with their classmates birthdays then you play bingo.

Thanksgiving Mayflower activity
Students have to choose 6 things they would take with them if they were going to travel on the Mayflower. They should draw a picture of the items and write what it is in English.
You can also have them explain to you `why` they chose the items.

Students ask a friend a question.
I.e. Do you like sleeping?
If the student answers yes they get a 0 if no X

Where are you from Bingo? (Fully editable)
I use this for where are you from Bingo. I give each student a card with a country on (on page 2) then they have to go around the class asking, where are you from? Then when the other student replies they can mark it off on their sheet. I usually give them 6 mins or so and then count the bingos to see who is the winner.

I Will / You Will
Students have crashed in the jungle. They can only carry 6 things from the crash site. They must choose which 6 items they want and give you a reason why and make sentences on page 2.
Can also be used with `because` but we haven`t covered this yet.

Halloween guessing game
I gave each student one sheet and they had to choose which character they wanted to be and their partner had to guess who they were. They repeated this until each pair has had many goes.
(Or I use, look at this picture, who is this boy? He is a ghost, does he have a car? etc, but this is from my text book).
