Death By Scrabble (short story, reading comprehension + links to videos)
A great, easy-to-understand, funny short story. Definitely my favorite. You can then show your students the videos and compare them, ask the students which one is the most faithful to the real story, which one they prefered etc ... Have fun, I really love it!

Second Conditional in songs
The students have to match the condition with the consequence (its kind of a guessing game). [You can just download the songs and keep only the sentence you want, its really easy and students will love to listen to the songs and realize whether they were right or wrong]
People from the forum: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!

Download the songs you dont already have (there wont be many!)Divide the class into several teams. Each team must have a slate. Play each song. Each team must pick the right singer and the right song. Dont forget to keep score. My students didnt even recognise the Spice Girls ... I almost cried ... These kids need to learn! ; )

100 Irregular Verbs
A worksheet I made to use with the Powerpoint I posted today (Irregular Verbs Illustrated) but you can obviously use it alone.
The students have to fill out the 3 forms of the verbs (which are classified by form/sound). Then they stick it in their copybooks and learn it progressively. I hope its useful : )

Malcolm in The Middle - Who is your favorite character and why?
I made this montage using comments from an internet forum about Malcolm in the Middle. People tell you who their favorite character is and they explain why. The language is really accessible. A great way to learn how to describe someones personality. Ive also made a worksheet in order to check the understanding of the comments and to make the pup...
