These are activities I have already used in class. The 1st activity aims at reordering a dialogue and learning the vocabulary you need when you answer the phone.Then the students practise the dialogue. The third activity consists in taking notes from the dialogue and last, they play roles using the activity cards provided.

WHERE IS IT SAID ?
" How long have you had this pain ?" is one of the sentences the students have to associate with the place where it can be said. First, they have to put the letters in the correct order to find the name of the place.
Once done, they can create a dialogue from each situation and play it.
