It states clearly they need to read all instructions BEFORE they begin and then itt has a series of silly commands (draw a fish, stand up and touch your ear etc.)The last one says they do not need to do any of them. Of course most of them are too busy drawing etc. to really read before...

It is national road safety day in Israel next week. We were asked to relate to it somehow.
