I made this for a lesson on "places around town". I copied it onto card stock and cut the pieces apart. Students had to match up the first part of each sentence with the appropriate second part.

This 1/2 page worksheet provides a template for students to survey their classmates. Students can walk around the class asking and answering 3 simple questions about time. Afterward, teachers can talk about "earliest" and "latest". My class of adults had a lot of fun with this.
