Spanish students have a big problem with false friends so I selected some of the most common mistakes. Here you go three sets of cards: false friends, synonyms and the right word for the �false� meaning. Instructions and sentences to complete with the false friends are included. Obladi Oblada
This is one of the most famous Beatles songs. I chose it for my basic students since it is easy to understand and the vocabulary is quiet easy, too. Present tense verbs have run away so they have to fill in the gaps. Traditional but useful activity!

The Penguins of Madagascar_reading comprehension
It�s an easy reading for my teens. We�ve just been working on present simple, adjectives describing personality and verbs of relationships, such as tease and boast. A synonym search is included. My original worksheet had a picture of the characters, but it was too heavy.
