Drawing dictation
DRAWING DICTATION
This is always a big hit with my students. You simply ask for a volunteer (they normally go crazy over this, as everybody wants to be the one picked up), then you give to this child the paper with the picture on, while you distribute blank sheets of paper to the rest of the class.
The child with the picture sits at the front...

Find someone who...
Students have to mingle and ask each other questions to find a person that fits each question. Fully editable. Dont forget to remind your pupils, though, that youre also a person and they could also question you. I always have to do so, as among young kids in my country it seems absolutely impossible to find one who actually loves broccoli!

Little beaver and the Echo playscript
Playscript based on the popular picture book by Amy Macdonald. The play should take around 10 minutes and has a cast of seven, but new characters could easily be introduced. At the end of the play the children also sing the song "If you are happy and you know it". I hope your children enjoy this activity as much as mine did.
