Listening - Lovebug - Jonas Brothers
A listening task focussing upon changing verbs into correct forms. Students listen to fill gaps and use context to change tricky verbs. I have used this with intermediate classes as revision and as pre-intemediate to consolidate tense lessons. it includes the youtube link. hope your students enjoy this as much as mine did.

The Crocodile - Roald Dahl (reading writing activity)
This is a great activity for students to use prediction to piece together a famous poem. First work with the verses and then with the lines in each verse. If you have access, students can check their answers using the youtube link. After, students are to write two verses in the same structure.
