colour dominoes
Hi everyone, This is a set of colour dominoes to help your YLs learn to read and recognise colours. I have tried to attach a black and white version for those without colour printers but it wouldnt attach. But its editable, so if youre keen, you can remove the colour in the text box formatting, print and colour yourself:)

Pair reading activity
This is a pair activity which helps students work together to improve reading and writing skills. There are 7 pages to print and teachers notes are included. For those using Speakout Starter, this is a substitution for page 42 as it was culturally inappropriate for my class and too difficult.

Race against time
A great game to teach time. Cut out all cards and laminate. Divide class into teams and give each a clock. You pull out the time card and can either say it or stick it on the board. The first team to draw the time (correctly)on their clock, and race to the board with it, wins. Heaps of fun!
