 		 Working with a dictionary II
 used in 6th grade, to introduce the students into working with dictionaries- we had lots of fun. the first sheet was to create a mindmap of which info you can get from a dictionary, the second one for practise

 This is a short text I have written myself to introduce my 6th graders to California. I used it -together with the texts about Los Angeles and San Francisco- as a group work: Students had to find out the answers to the corresponding questions at the end of the page. After that they presented their resuts and we created a small "travel guide"

 		 Zodiac signs- will-future
 I used this sheet after introducing the will-future( see my other printables, Mme. Zara). Students were given the English names for their zodiac signs and then they had to write horoscopes for their partners. It was real fun, students learned a lot during this activity. Enjoy it!
