Recipe - Maple Grandperes
Here�s a dessert that is found in Quebec Canada. It is a wonderful way to use maple syrup. I have both maple and pancake syrup on the recipe to make it cheaper but just maple syrup can be used. Ice cream could also be added for the topping.

This is a great activity to get students talking about what they look for in friends. It can be completed alone of I have my students have to come to a consensus together as a group and spend the $25 together. I always have them journal after these activities.
