Restaurant Roleplay
You can use this role play framework to support unit 5 of I-Spy 3, or you can use it separately by making your own menu on the board for students to refer to.
Students don�t write in the gaps; they read aloud in pairs (one waiter and one customer) referring to the menu to fill the gaps as they go.
