A bit early for EUROPE DAY but I did this with my year 9 using free posters from the Europa site and it worked very well. It could be used as a webquest too. This is fully editable as usual with teachers� key.

Australian open 2010
I started the lesson with an enlarged copy of the official advert using the over-head projector and then handed out these biographies. Each group chose one but no group was allowed to describe a player that another group had already described which led to a certain amont of improvisation which was the aim of the exercise.
