Job/Employment Unit Tic-Tac-Toe Question Set
I like this format for an easy, relatively quick-paced guided conversation practice.
Choose a question set (1, 2, or 3) and divide students into teams. The game is tic-tac-toe. They get a square by asking the question in the square to a person on the other team. Not really very competitive, but keeps focus and energy up.

Take Phrasal Verbs Part 1
The first page gives examples of a number of "take" phrasal verbs in context. There are more examples of usage on the next page with a fill-in-the-blank worksheet and key. Its a little dense, but true to the American vernacular.
