This is a list of all the words I could find that contain "gh". It is often difficult for students to remember when the "gh" is silent and when it has an "f" or other sound. This list shows that the "f" sound is actually quite rare and that normally the "gh" is silent. However, there are a few other pronunciations of "gh".
