Cooking in the United States
First, students answer questions about U.S. measurements and metric conversions. Then, students answer some questions about food and cooking in the U.S. vs. at home. Last, students are asked to write out their favorite recipe. To teach this lesson, I printed out a recipe of my own as well as a conversion chart.
