This is an elementary business english activity with a dialogue to introduce the TL and a writing worksheet to either give out for HW or do in class. One of each of the rople-play cards can be given a pair group so they can negociate the task. Its a quite a simple activity that can be quite fun and can last from between 15-30 minutes.
