I like this format for an easy, relatively quick-paced guided conversation practice.
Choose a question set (1, 2, or 3) and divide students into teams. The game is tic-tac-toe. They get a square by asking the question in the square to a person on the other team. Not really very competitive, but keeps focus and energy up.
