I cut up the slips on the dotted lines and give one situation to each student. Then, I ask them to walk around and ask for advice. In the end, they write the best piece of advice they got on the line. Level: intermediate Age: 14-100 Type: activity-card     Customer Service (pick up and delivery) Activity Cards Those are activity cards/role play for 6 different customer service situations. I teach a class of adults who work for FedEx, thus the focus is on that company, but the cards are fully editable. The main focus of the cards is on asking wh-questions, as well as yes/no questions in different scenarios. Level: intermediate Age: 12-100 Type: activity-card     role-play: O.R. This gets students really excited, some even have an argument. An old role-play, admittedly not my idea!
