Mock Trial Case: The stolen blue cell phone
Use the rolecards to have fun with a mock trial in your classroom. Each student gets a rolecard and sits accordingly as the desks must be rearranged so that the class resembles a courtroom. Different situations for students to mingle and ask the others for some advice. I cut up the slips on the dotted lines and give one situation to each student. Then, I ask them to walk around and ask for advice. In the end, they write the best piece of advice they got on the line.

Those are activity cards/role play for 6 different customer service situations. I teach a class of adults who work for FedEx, thus the focus is on that company, but the cards are fully editable.
