Wendy Hardy-Osborne
A reading comprehension. Wendy is actually Dr Whos daughter;-)There are clues in the text that any of your students who watch Dr Who will pick up on: Buccaneer/Chula/Pent allion. And you didnt study those subjects in the 19th century! The unscramble reads,Her father is not a doctor, her father is the doctor. Which doctor? Dr Who, of course.
