This story is originally from Sandra Heyer�s True Stories in the News series, but this one isn�t in the newer editions, so I decided to retype it and make more exercises. This is a reading comprehension consisting of four different text, so four different kinds of addictions. I did it with my students. I formed groups of four and each student had to deal with one text. It is perfect for the teaching method "jogsaw puzzle" (German Gruppenpuzzle). Hope you enjoy it.
