The Monkey´s Paw, ESL Version (Corresponds to Passages 2, Ch.3-4)
This is an upper-intermediate to advanced activity, designed to correspond with Chapters 3-4 of Passages 2. It consists of an ESL version of the story of The Monkey´s Paw by W.W. Jacobs (the original story is out of copyright; I wrote the adaptation myself). It utilizes the grammar from Passages 2 chapters 3-4 and the vocabulary from chapter 4. It makes a great review at the end of those chapters, or could be used by anyone (it doesn´t need to be used with Passages). In the upload, I have highlighted the pertinent grammar in pink and the vocab in yellow.
