ABANDONED IN GUATEMALA - video worksheet
The present worksheet refers to the video Abandoned in Guatemala: The Failure of International Adoption Policies (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWrdz-Aqw-U). In the pre-watching phase students try to guess what the video will be about. In the while-watching part they are encouraged to fill in a chart on the Guatemalan government´s international adoption policy. Finally, in the post-wtahcing phase students discuss in groups the meaning of the cartoons and pictures provided.
