Video observation, questions and story writing.
This is a worksheet where the students watch a video in class and then answer questions about the video (I normally play it 2 or 3 times). Afterwards they have to write a narrative story about the video they just watched, using the questions as cues for their writing. Works well, students love it, its lots of fun, and a very relaxed and stress-free class for the teacher too!!!
