HOW TO COMPRESS A WORKSHEET FROM MICROSOFT WORD INTO SMALLER SIZE?

Anyone please can help me figuring out how to compress a file into smaller size which is not more than 300kb.....?

You have to reduce the size of the pictures .Because the pictures always take up lots of place in worksheets.Use small sized pictures instead full sized ones.

Save the images using other format like jpg or gif.
