Thank you so much TINT for your fonts explanation. My worksheets also ˝lost˝the fonts when I uploaded. But now I have a problem-when I do so, my file size enlarges even though I�ve shrank the whole document-pictures in it. Any advice on that?

Averitope, I have Office 2007 too. Click on that circle in the top left of the program, the Office button. At the bottom of the window that opens, you �ll see "Word Options". Click on that. In the column on the left, find "Save". The option to embed your fonts is at the bottom. Click "Ok" and you �re done.

Tamala, unfortunately font files can be quite large. Make sure you check the "Embed only the characters used in the document", so it doesn �t embed the entire font file. Also, if you �re using a very big, fancy font, I �d still use the screenshot/image method. The larger and more decorative the font is, the bigger the file.
